Sigh

I am still alive, homeless for the moment, so hard for mailing addresses to be given. This being the case and having had a few people ask me what they can do, I post the following info.

If for some reason you want to help me or rae out due to the hurricane or know someone who does, my paypal account is probably the easiest way to do so. paypal the account is tirgat@hotmail.com . We are doing ok for crash space, but I am out of work for the short term and we will not be allowed back into the parish for at least two weeks if not longer. (the scarier reports are over two months) Rae is being transferred to Mobile for the duration and will have a temporary apartment after  October tenth. We have sheltered the menagerie with family for the duration and rae will take them when she goes to the new apartment. FEMA is a pain to get in touch with, for those of you who are curious, it seems like people we know are having better luck contacting them and we will continue to hope for the best in that regard.

Take care everyone, and thank you for all the shoulders to lean on.

Michael

Thank you very much for the update. I am glad to hear that all family members (2- and 4- footed) are alive and well.

credit where due...

sorry it has taken us so long to find it and to send a VERY LARGE heartfelt thank you. the paypal account has been taken care of and it is much appreciated, as are all the hugs and well wishes.

Re: credit where due...

You are very welcome from both of us. I hope that things find a positive and dry ending. I'm glad tir has Faire for a little while, since that is a reasonably fun way to keeping working. I'm glad your work had something for you, even if it's a whirlwind to get stuffed into storage and off to AL.

All good thoughts sent your way.

I'm so very glad that you made it to CTRF, and that you survived the flooding there as well.
